IS THERE A CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD?: Yes, there is a $10.00 fee for all card transactions.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK A SESSION?: Currently, I am not requiring a deposit to book your session; however, if you cancel your session, I do require the entire session fee paid for in advance and is non-refundable in order to re-book with Jessica Klarr Photography. I do understand illness and weather play a huge factor in this. I do my best to work with my clients and understand life happens. But if you cancel last minute on me for reasons that I don't feel are appropriate, I follow this rescheduling policy firmly. I do not charge a deposit for us mutually agreeing to reschedule due to the weather.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AT?: I live in Cottage Grove, Oregon.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF EUGENE OR SPRINGFIELD?: Yes, of course. I travel outside of Eugene and Springfield all the time. I do charge a traveling fee for my travel time. Please contact me for more information.
WHEN IS THE SESSION FEE DUE?: The Session Fee is due at the time of your session.
HOW FAR OUT DO WE NEED TO BOOK YOU FOR OUR SESSION: Please contact me as soon as you can. I do fill up fast around Fall, but I do my best to get everyone scheduled as soon as I can.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SESSION?: Please do some research on-line prior to your session and prepare! Google or get on Pinterest and look up ideas that fit your style. I always recommend to stay away from really busy prints.
DO YOU GIVE A CD?: No, you receive your final edited images through a professional on-line viewing gallery. You will have the option to download your images and save them to your computer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO EDIT?: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after your session for editing. I will email you an on-line viewing gallery for easy professional print ordering and downloadable images.
DO I HAVE TO PLACE PRINT ORDERS WITH JESSICA KLARR PHOTOGRAPHY?: No, you do not. You will have a print release to take your CD to any lab you wish. HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you place all print ordering for gift prints and anything you hang on your wall through Jessica Klarr Photography for professional quality prints. Many printing labs can and do butcher the quality of art I provide you with. It's best to print with me for proper color correction. This is an investment and your memories. I print the images with a professional lab that provides the highest quality. Print prices start at $7.00 and go up from there.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS?: No, currently I do not photograph weddings. I will second shoot occasionally with local fellow photographers. Please contact me for a recommendation.
WHAT DOES COPY RIGHT MEAN?: All photographs taken and created by Jessica Klarr Photography belong to Jessica Klarr Photograpy. They are protected by Federal Copyright Law; therefore, you may not alter, edit in any manner.
SENIOR SESSIONS:
DO YOU PROVIDE AN IMAGE TO THE SCHOOL FOR THE YEARBOOK?: Yes, I will work directly with the student and parents to decide which image is best for the high school yearbook. I will crop it to the correct size and contact the school to submit the image for review and consideration for the yearbook. Please be advised, IT IS THE STUDENT AND PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO verify and notify me 3 weeks in advance of when the yearbook school deadline is for submitting the image. I am not responsible or held liable for any mistakes or lost images the student, parent or the yearbook staff may make when submitting the image or providing me due date.
NEWBORN SESSIONS:
Due to COVID-19, I am currently not offering Newborn Sessions at this time.
FAMILY SESSIONS:
A Family Session is for immediate family only and up to 5 family members. $25.00 charge for each additional family member.
